Washington Gas customers can participate in energy efficiency programs in DC, Virginia and Maryland. Washington Gas is currently running behavioral pilot programs in Virginia and Maryland to a limited number of high use residential customer that provides Home Energy Reports that offer insights and actionable steps to save energy. Washington Gas also offers Low Income Home Energy Audits and Retrofits through the organization Community Housing Partners. In the District of Columbia Washington Gas customers can take advantage of energy efficiency programs available through the DC Sustainability Energy Utility.
